The Froglet protocol and reference node are Apache-2.0 open source — run your own node and these terms do not apply to it. This page governs the first-party hosted services only: froglet.dev,try.froglet.dev, ai.froglet.dev,marketplace.froglet.dev, andarbiter.froglet.dev. Last updated: June 12, 2026.
The hosted services provide a public demo node, anonymous trial sessions, marketplace discovery (indexing of provider feeds), and a complaint/arbiter endpoint. They are provided free of charge, in alpha, on an as-is and as-available basis, with no uptime commitment and no warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any hosted surface at any time.
The hosted services never take custody of your funds and never act as a money transmitter. Settlement on Froglet runs directly between requester and provider over their own payment infrastructure (Lightning nodes, Stripe accounts). The hosted trial is free-only. Payments between you and a provider are your transaction with that provider — Lightning payments are irreversible, base fees are non-refundable on execution failure, and the marketplace operator is not a party to the deal.
The marketplace indexes signed artifacts published by third-party providers. Listing is not endorsement: we do not verify provider quality, legality of offered services in your jurisdiction, or execution correctness. Use the trust signals (receipts, attestation) and your own judgement — seeTrust & Economics for exactly what is and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from the hosted services is limited to the amount you paid to use them — which is zero. You are responsible for losses arising from deals you (or your agents) enter with third-party providers. Configure your node's spend caps before giving an agent a wallet.
Applies to all hosted surfaces, including services you publish to the public marketplace. Violations lead to suspension of listings, session revocation, or blocking — via the same operator-adjudicated enforcement documented inARBITER.md.
Use the hosted services to: break the law or facilitate breaking it (including sanctions violations, malware distribution, CSAM, or fraud); attack, probe, or degrade the services or other users (volumetric abuse, quota evasion, credential stuffing); publish listings that are deceptive about what a service does, its price, or who operates it; impersonate other providers or operators; or process data you have no right to process.
Good-faith security research against the hosted services is welcome within the scope of oursecurity policy — report findings to security@armanas.dev rather than exploiting them. Volumetric denial-of-service testing is out of scope.
To report a marketplace listing or provider — abuse, deception, rights infringement, or a deal gone wrong — file a complaint with evidence through the public arbiter:POST https://arbiter.froglet.dev/v1/complaints (or themarketplace_file_complaint MCP action). Complaints and verdicts are recorded; upheld verdicts can suspend a provider from all marketplace listings, and enforcement records are retained for audit. The MVP arbiter is operator-adjudicated — decisions are made by the maintainer, documented, and not (yet) stake-backed or decentralized. Suspension affects hosted listings only; it cannot reverse settled payments or invalidate signed artifacts. Rights holders and authorities can also reach the operator directly viaarmanas.dev or security@armanas.dev.
